Quick to respond to my laptop problems and was absolutely spot on with the diagnosis.Easy booking system and took less time that originally thought to fix.New SSD. O/S and software installs all for a decent price.Hope nothing goes wrong but if it does I know Lee will be able to solve the problem.Oh and there seems to be a nice cafe on the ground floor if you need to hang around ;)

The service received from Lee has been excellent and I highly recommend him if you need help with data recovery. If you have ever lost data you’ll know how stressful it is but Lee did everything he could to get the data back and worked in both a professional and timely manner from the the very first point of contact over the telephone until receiving all of my data back. He has been quite simply amazing. Lee kept me informed with every step of the process. From packing it up to post it to the lab and getting it back to the centre. I am a tech geek and I can get around Windows but Networking is a whole different thing. When I had a problem connecting computers I was helpless. Lee, jumped on the computers remotely and although at first it seemed complicated, it didn;t take him too long to work out a solution. Everything is now working as I needed. I would definitely come back to Onitek when the next inevitable problem arises.

I have used onitek a few times now and they have always fixed the issues quickly and at a very reasonable price. I find Lee to be very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He has upgraded and repaired an old laptop for me which is now running faster than it did when I bought it, he has custom built me a PC which runs intensive graphic packages with ease and and edits large files in seconds that none of my previous computers could even open. I had an old computer sitting at home for twenty years and Lee found a lot of old pictures and files that I had forgotten about and moved them onto my new computer for me and into Google so that I don't lose them. He has also sped up my internet and expanded the wireless range of it into rooms of the house that previously had no coverage. The coverage is so good now, I can even use my laptop at the far end of the garden and still get a good signal. II have no hesitation in recommending Lee for all technical related issues.

So happy to have found Lee. I had a desktop and a laptop that stopped working, Lee upgraded both and transferred my data onto the new faster drives that he fitted and set me up a cloud backup. My old computers are extremely fast and responsive now like new but at a cheaper cost than buying new. He also fixed the WiFi in my house that has been abysmal since I moved here 12 years ago. I now have perfect reception in every room including my lounge which had none at all. He mounted and set up my smart TV, alarm system and video doorbell too. I will be hiring him whenever I need anything technical fixed. I am beyond impressed!
