Went to Onitek for computer repair and Lee copied my data from my old broken laptop to a new, faster drive. Now my computer has had all of my old data and settings restored and is working even faster than it did when I bought it. I would easily recommend.

I had a very good experience with Lee on Friday. He came over to my house within 10 minutes of me calling him to make an appointment, and fixed the issue with my laptop very quickly. He is reasonably priced, helpful and professional. I would definitely use him again.

My laptop fan was making a loud noise and kept getting a fan error message upon start up. I bought the replacement fan part off Ebay, but needed an IT expert to install it for me. So pleased I found onITek as Lee was very good - he cleaned out the dust around my old fan and put the new one in. He gave some good advice too. My laptop is now nice and quiet. Thank you Lee.

I am so pleased with the service i have received from this company. Lee is friendly, reliable and efficiently sorts out all IT problems quickly and without blinding me with jargon. He has sorted my broadband problems, set up my printer and advised me in the selection of my new laptop, explaining the advantages and disadvantages of the blinding variety available. After setting my new laptop up and installing the software I required, he painstakingly explained how to use it. I am so pleased I have used this company for all my IT requirements and would unreservedly recommend them to others.

What great service, called for assistance as my laptop had a trojan and malware infection about 1130 am, spoke to Lee and arranged an appointment for the same day pm.(that was quick). Lee turned up within a couple of hours and had the job done very quickly and even restarted the computer several times to make sure that the job was done to my satisfaction, and at a very reasonable cost.Nice polite fellow. RECOMMENDED for your computer problems.

I needed a 2nd opinion on a repair to a dated Apple Mac so called Onitek. Lee visited my home address and gave me what I honest options, the cost implications andalternatives.On a separate issue my Microsoft account had been hacked on my laptop. It required my hard drive wiping and windows reinstalling. Lee gave me a competitive quote, took the laptop and returned it within 24 hours repaired as requested.I am very pleased with the service provided and would highly recommend Onikek.

Lee from onITEK was brilliant at recovering our data from Ransomware, that had strong encryption. We had taken our drive to several leading ransomware experts before talking to Lee. The best options we had were a £3,000 quote with a company that only had a 15% change of recovery. Or a £4,000 quote with another company - who we would have to pay up front and then offered a refund if they couldn't unlock our data. Lee had no initial charge. He offered "no data back, no fee". Within a minute of him looking at my drive he was unlocking files. Within 24 hours we had all of our data back on a new clean drive. Lee's bill was considerably less than the previous quotes and his service was superb. Lee is very responsive, helpful and has great knowledge. I was so impressed with Lee that he is going to host my email, website and look after all of my household and business IT needs. I recommend him highly.

I had the honor of the company's managing director Lee Greenfield himself visiting and fixing the hardware/software issues on my PC. It was a fascinating and most informative experience with success against the odds. His friendliness, generosity, humor and expertise was of the highest order! My only regret is that we didn't ask ONITEK to save us from this technical rut earlier. 5+ Star recommendation!

I rate this company very highly. From the first email I have experienced total support and have had any questions answered honestly and promptly. I met with Lee with my broken laptop and he was able to take it back to office same day to take a look and estimate a cost of repair for me. It just so happened the repair was proving uneconomical and Lee suggested I shopped around for a newly refurbished laptop. Lee helped me shop around, sending me lots of links to other companies which he had no affiliation which I found so very helpful and honest of him. He did not charge me a penny for his time. The customer service I have experienced - even though not spending any money - has been outstanding.
